The MS-E003 custom-cut ESD mat is manufactured to your drawing. Mats are cut from two-layer PVC material to the exact size and shape your workstation requires, with a colored static-dissipative top layer and a black conductive backing layer for grounding.
Cutting Options
Available cutting options include hole cutting, corner and side notches, rounded corners, custom shapes, internal cutouts and ring shapes. Chamfering, text printing and date marking can also be added to the surface.
Grounding Snap Installation
Grounding snaps are installed at the positions you require, so the mat connects directly to your grounding system. Matching wrist straps, grounding cords and connectors are available separately or supplied together with the mat.
